PRIMEPOX
Primers
It is a two-component, epoxy resin-based, transparent primer material that fills the capillary gaps of concrete floors, increases concrete strength, and provides adhesion for subsequent epoxy, polyurethane coatings or paints.
Areas of Use
It can be easily used indoors and outdoors as a primer before all epoxy and polyurethane based systems, as an adhesion enhancer before epoxy floor and wall paint applications, as a mechanical resistance enhancer, and as a primer under waterproofing applications such as PU and polyurea.
Features and Advantages
Does not contain solvent.
It can be applied to non-wet surfaces with high moisture content (<15%).
After curing, it provides resistance to water and creates a barrier against moisture coming from below.
It has excellent adhesion properties.
When used as a final coat, it prevents dusting. It creates an impermeable surface by filling the capillary cracks in the concrete as impregnation.
It has strong adherence and provides protection against impacts.
It can be applied on surfaces such as ceramic, marble and metal.
It cures quickly and is easy to apply.
